A word of advice when buying any re-enactment kit.

GD members are advised when they join, not to purchase anything uniform or kit, unless they have it assessed first by the unit authenticity officer. There is a lot of kit out there for sale which simply does not come up to standard and in many cases, is the same price or even more, than the better quality items.

Always check before you buy, as incorrect items are not allowed on camp.
